Anyone who has attempted to read and to understand original classic psychoanalytic works by Sigmund Freud, Melanie Klein, Anna Freud, Ronald Fairbairn, Harry Guntrip, Wilfred Bion, Donald Winnicott, Francis Tustin, and many more will know how excruciatingly difficult it can be to endure, let alone, to make sense of.  Many years of study, training, and clinical experience, integrated with life experience, has enabled me to distill the main psychoanalytic and psychodynamic concepts in a comprehensible, modern, and relatable way that can be used in practice and in life.

This mentorship course provides an introduction to a psychoanalytic method for thinking about human behaviour that will enable you to gain deeper insight into understanding the underlying, unconscious motivations and conflicts that manifest in certain behaviours, defences, and ways of relating.  An increased understanding of psychodynamics will enrich you and your work. Each mentorship is customised to your interests and needs. All relevant reading material will be provided.
